＊BIOは国家戦略特別区域法と大阪市条例に基づき、大阪市から外国人滞在施設経営事業の認定を受け、 一般住居を1戸貸しの宿泊施設として運営しております。 お食事の提供や送迎サービス、リネンやタオルの毎日の交換はありませんが、各住戸に専用の住設備一式が備わっている等、一般的なホテルや旅館とはサービスの質と範囲が異なります。

BIOs are general housings officially certified private lodgings under Osaka city regional laws and permitted to rent to the guests. So our services are naturally different from ordinary hotels. For example meal service, pick-up service and daily linen and towel change service unavailable, but has an exclusive living facility/equipment such as a bathroom, toilet room, washing basin, kitchen, kitchen wares, basic seasonings, vacuum cleaner, laundry washing machine & clothes drier etc. to make your stay comfortable.

＊BIOの最短宿泊日数は２泊３日です（大阪市条例による）

In accordance with the license agreement under Osaka city regional laws, BIO’s minimum contract period is 2 nights (3 days).

＊BIOはメゾネットで２階に寝室があります。エレベーターはありません。

All BIOs are Maisonette type. Bed room is on the 2nd floor. There’s no elevator.

＊BIOは築年不詳の木造の長家を改修した宿泊施設のため、防音性能が鉄筋コンクリート造の建物などに比べて劣ります。そのため、動画の視聴や電話での通話の際はイヤホンやヘッドホンをご使用いただき、夜間は静粛にお願い致します。

This building is an old wooden building of unknown age, so the walls are very thin. So please be quiet at night and use earphones or headphones when watching the video or call someone by phone.

＊館内は禁煙です。その他一切の火気厳禁です。

No Smoking and No Fire in whole area of BIO.

＊ご予約のお客様と同伴者以外は入室いただけません。ペットの入室も禁止です。

No one other than the booked guest and their companions will be allowed in the BIO room.
This is a rule required by the Osaka City Health Center.
And BIOs also prohibit pets.

Communicative languages used in BIOs are Japanese and English.
